Meredith finally makes a decision that it is McDreamy she wants only to encounter Eric taking food for Izzy at which point she gets confused after which the ultimatum is further prolonged by her decision that she is going to date them both. And who ever said you couldn't drag out such a tense ultimatum?!
And Izzy will be back in the hospital. Bailey blames herself. All will be well...
But most shocking was Mark's return - sleeping with Addison - OMG OMG OMG - McDreamy will now be ready to fight for Meredith.
