This episode revolves around a photo shoot and fashion show and provides the backdrop for showdowns with a number of the characters...
The middle aged bimbos, Kelly and Brenda argue over Dylan (father of Kelly's (eternally absent) child), then over Ryan. Brenda bitchily informs Ryan that he’s “dodged an epic bullet” and before you know it they're going home together!!!! I find Kelly and Brenda funny though; for people who went to school together and this must be the same age, Brenda looks a hell of a lot older than Kelly. Also, neither appears able to be able to talk above hushed tones.
Naomi's parents meanwhile confront Naomi about her (crap) manipulative powers trying to get them both back together. I have no sympathy for any of that family. Naomi has another confrontation to come though...
Drugs bint (forgotten her name) tests Annie's kind farm girl persona to the extreme as drugs bony was trying to make amends and a fresh start by telling Annie that she and Ty didn't sleep together. Annie scorns her and sends her to darkly lit streets in a skanky neighbourhood (with Beverly Hills not being that skanky, she must have had to go a long way thus really have wanted those drugs...)
Naomi and Ethan appear to be no more... Thank god. Then she can disappear and allow Annie to pursue the schmuck (finally)!
A lot happened but the show just felt a little lame – the first stagger since it’s started.
